Tutoring Agreement

I ask all my clients to sign my tutoring agreement, which is below for reference.

Lessons are invoiced for at the beginning of the month. Full payment is required before the first lesson of that month.

Cancellations

Please let me know well in advance for any lessons you know you will not be needing that month and I will not invoice you for these.

If your child is sick and unable to attend please let me know they will not be attending. I am happy to reschedule this but will not reimburse except for in exceptional circumstances.

If I am unable to teach I will give advance notice and not invoice you. However, if I am sick and cancel at short notice I will deduct that amount off the following month’s invoice.

Two weeks’ notice is required to completely end the tuition.

I will send your child home with games, books, homework and a reading diary. I will write in the diary every week and enjoy reading your comments too. Please bring this bag to each lesson.
